Stratusphere UX collects thousands of metrics across your digital workspace environment. That is the deepest data set in DEX. But data only matters if you can get to it and put it to work.

In this session, we'll show you how to:

    • Tap into the full breadth of Stratusphere UX data using the built-in API Builder to extract exactly what you need, in the format you need it

    • Push that data into the tools your teams already use, including ServiceNow for automated ticket enrichment and incident workflows, and Power BI for custom reporting and executive dashboards

    • Use the new AI Insights Plugin to surface patterns, anomalies, and actionable recommendations without manually sifting through thousands of data points

Whether you're enriching ServiceNow tickets with real endpoint data, building Power BI dashboards that tell the full DEX story, or simply trying to cut through the noise to find what matters: this webinar will show you how to turn raw DEX data into decisions.

    Chris Walker & James O'Regan

0850 BRT // 0750 EDT Marius Sandbu – Replacing VPN: A Technical Look at Remote Access with SASE

Many organizations are evaluating how to modernize remote access and move toward a zero-trust model—one that supports protocols like SMB, HTTPS, TCP, and UDP while still enforcing Entra ID authentication, use of EDR signals, and device posture. With so many products promising to “replace the VPN,” it can be difficult to understand the real differences. Don’t worry—Ive got it covered. In this session, ill walk through real-life deployments using products like Microsoft Private Access, Cloudflare Tunnel, Zscaler, and Citrix Private Access. Comparing the pros and cons of each product, look at how they handle performance and user experience, and break down what actually worked (and what didnt..) . You’ll leave with a better understand of the options, the ecosystem and lastly which one is my favorite.

    1045 BRT // 0945 EDT 5 Minute Break

1050 BRT // 0950 EDT ControlUp – We’ve been busy! ControlUp got an AI upgrade

In this session, we’ll explore what’s new with ControlUp across VDI, DEX, and IT operations. You’ll see the latest innovations designed for VDI and Citrix environments, especially around reducing the pain of login issues through faster detection, deeper visibility, and smarter troubleshooting. We’ll also demonstrate how AI is helping IT teams work more efficiently and helping end users get faster, less disruptive support through proactive assistance and self-service. It’s a practical look at how ControlUp is advancing both its VDI leadership and its broader platform vision.

1110 BRT // 1010 EDT Jeff Riechers – On-Prem to Azure: Using IPS in On-Premises App Layering for DR and one-way migration to Azure

A real-world presentation of how we use Azure for disaster recovery (DR) for a major healthcare provider. We’ll talk about the new on-premises usage of App Layering with Image Portability Service and also outline how we migrated a v5 SCSI Azure image to a v6/7 NVMe Azure image as part of the process. We’ll demonstrate the end-to-end workflow using Citrix App Layering’s Image Portability Service to enable seamless image portability and preparation for modern Azure VM SKUs supporting NVMe controllers.

1200 BRT // 1100 EDT Parallels – Your Data, Your Rules: Tackling Sovereignty with Parallels

With 84% of organizations concerned about data sovereignty, keeping sensitive workloads under your control has never been more critical. Discover how Parallels RAS and PBI Private Access deliver secure virtual desktops and isolated browsing entirely from your own infrastructure — Cloud? No cloud? Whatever! Experience true zero-trust access to apps and the web without VPN hassles, all while maintaining full data residency and compliance on your terms.

1220 BRT // 1120 EDT Dominiek Verham – Zero Trust, Zero Worries: Securing (Cloud) PCs with Modern Endpoint Security

More and more organizations are adopting modern desktop solutions such as Cloud VDI and Cloud PCs alongside traditional endpoints. These cloud-based desktops provide flexibility, scalability, and seamless integration with cloud services. However, deploying a Cloud PC does not automatically make it secure. Without the right configuration, identity controls, and endpoint protections, these environments can introduce new security risks. In this session, we’ll explore how to properly secure Cloud PCs using modern security principles such as Zero Trust, identity-based access, and endpoint protection.

    1305 BRT // 1205 EDT 5 Minute Break

1310 BRT // 1210 EDT Nerdio – Stop Managing Endpoints. Start Managing Signals

In modern environments, the complexity isn’t in any single policy. It’s in the interactions between Windows 365, AVD session hosts, physical devices, and layered configuration models. This session explores how to surface those signals, policy interactions, enrollment gaps, lifecycle drift and translate them into actionable operational insight. You’ll see how to detect and prevent cross-environment policy conflicts, automate host lifecycle and enrollment workflows, standardize application delivery across endpoint models and build centralized visibility without disrupting native Microsoft processes. If you’re already deep in Intune and Microsoft endpoint management, this session will show you how to move beyond configuration management and toward true operational intelligence.

1330 BRT // 1230 EDT eG Innovations – Discover Digital Workspace Problems Before Your Users Do

Most often IT teams react to digital workspace issues when user complaints pile up. What if you could detect login delays, application launch failures, or slow web transactions before users are impacted? eG Enterprise’s Logon Simulator and Web Application Simulator helps IT teams continuously test critical workflows while correlating results with deep monitoring across Citrix, Omnissa, AVD, and other workspace environments. Join us to experience how to move from reactive troubleshooting to proactive digital workspace assurance.

1350 BRT // 1250 EDT Christiaan Brinkhoff – From Clicks to Agents: How AI Is Rewriting the Personal Computer

The way we use computers is shifting from apps to outcomes. In this closing keynote, we’ll show how Microsoft 365 Copilot turns natural language into a universal interface for work—reasoning over your content and context so you can simply ask and get the result. We’ll explore how Computer Use agents extend Copilot from “chatting” to doing—seeing the screen, clicking, typing, and completing tasks across applications when APIs fall short. You’ll leave with a clear view of the AI-first PC: conversational, agentic, and ready for enterprise scale.

    1435 BRT // 1335 EDT 5 Minute Break

1440 BRT // 1340 EDT Devolutions – From Scripts to Solutions: Supercharge Your IT Workflows with PowerShell Universal

You already know PowerShell — but are you getting everything out of it? In this session, we’ll show you how PowerShell Universal transforms the scripts you’ve already written into polished web apps, REST APIs, and automated jobs that your entire team can use. No web development experience is required. Whether you’re a one-person IT shop or part of a large enterprise team, you’ll leave with a clear picture of how PowerShell Universal can save you time, reduce toil, and make your scripts work harder for you.

    1500 BRT // 1400 EDT Patrick Coble – 2025 IT Chaos Update

“Chaos in IT” Things are changing fast in our VDI and EUC World, but things are also changing in IT for everyone too. In this session we will highlight some of the causes of this chaos and things we need to do. There is a lot going on and I think this session will help shed some light on the things that are going on and ahead. Join us to unpack the biggest disruptors—from vendor consolidations and AI-driven shifts to hybrid cloud pressures and end-of-support realities—and walk away with practical strategies to navigate the uncertainty and future-proof your environment.
